Welcome To Our TECHNICAL VALUERS ASSOCIATION IN KERALA STATE, INDIA.

An Association working for the welfare of the Practicing valuers was a dream. Our dream came true, when few dedicated valuers had come forward to take up the challenge and to coordinate the deprived valuers of most of the districts in the Kerala State. Even though we valuers are all attached to various professional bodies for technical registration and for professional guidance and for technical training and improvements none of them are not focusing on the welfare activities of the practicing valuers. An association for the welfare of the valuer’s fraternity and their dependants who are in need of assistance, to prevent exploitation or oppression to secure fair, remunerating, to ensure just and reasonable condition of work environments and life to promote their well being in all peaceful, lawful, legitimate and constitutional methods in particular (but with put in any way limiting the generally of the foregoing) this association may assist such persons if required by them, to secure Governmental benefits to the members and their families to seek legislative redressal for amendments in the existing laws and enacting of new legislation to provide social security and welfare of our valuer’s fraternity.

Tecva is dedicated to promote scientific methods and with that intention to collect and disseminate amongst members, statistical and technical information affecting the interest of the trade in general and valuation industry, trade and profession in particular and for that purpose to print, publish, issue and circulate papers, periodicals, books, circulars and other literature and hold seminars, meetings, conferences, discussions etc and to organize webinars. To provide first hand training or skilled training to fresh valuers and pre qualify them to get registered with various professional bodies/institutions and get empanelled in various financial institutions.
